Larger Than Life's Conditions of Delivery
Our Conditions of Delivery are applicable to all our services, offers and agreements.

1. Product
Larger Than Life Productions provides service and advice in the area of music production and music performance.

2. Application
Our Conditions of Delivery are applicable to all our services, offers and agreements  excluding possible third-party conditions, unless such conditions were accepted by explicit agreement on paper.

3. Offers
All our offers (by mail, phone or otherwise) are non-binding unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise on paper. All prices mentioned in our offers are deemed exclusive 21% V.A.T. unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

4. Transport
Transport costs are to be covered by the ordering party and are calculated with Larger Than Life's address in Nijmegen as starting location, using the reasonably fastest calculated route with Larger Than Life's own transport. Public transport is used exclusively when this means of transport is mutually agreed upon, explicitly and on paper.

5. Legal Responsibility
Larger Than Life does not accept legal responsibility for ocurring damage due to any cause or reason, other than resulting from the condition of materials used by Larger Than Life or from negligence by persons representing or acting in the name of Larger Than Life. The ordering party and/or the contact person(s) of a group of participants need to ascertain that all participants are aware of this exoneration. Participants are taking part in an activity at their own risk.

6. Permits
The ordering party and/or the contact person(s) of a group need to provide all necessary permits for the activities organised by Larger Than Life. Any costs connected to obtaining permits are to be covered by the ordering party.

7. Cancellation
For the cancellation of a (by mail or otherwise) confirmed reservation by Larger Than Life we charge the ordering party € 15,- administration costs.

Furthermore, the following rates are applicable to the annulment of a confirmed reservation by Larger Than Life:

a) For annulment up to 3 weeks before the date and time agreed upon, we charge the ordering party 25% of the offered price confirmed by their reservation.

b) For annulment up to 1 week before the date and time agreed upon, we charge the ordering party 50% of the offered price confirmed by their reservation.

c) For annulment within 1 week before the date and time agreed upon, we charge the ordering party 75% of the offered price confirmed by their reservation.

d) For annulment within 24 hours before the time agreed upon, we charge the ordering party 100% of the offered price confirmed by their reservation.

8. Choice of Legal Forum
All disagreements exceeding the subect of € 250,- will, with exclusion of any other judge or civil law institutions, be judged by the authorized judge seated in Arnhem.
